Minimum Order Quantity:

As the name suggests investors have to purchase a minimum number of shares fixed by the company or the exchange while bidding for an IPO.

For Example, if a market lot size of a company is 200 shares and the minimum order quantity is 600 then one has to buy 3 lots minimum.

Market Lot Size:

It means when an investor is planning to bid on an IPO they need to purchase the minimum number of shares allocated in a single lot.
