Why is the money I added through an IMPS / NEFT transfer not reflected in my trading account?

If you are adding funds using NEFT then it will take 2 to 10 hours to get credited to your Jainam account and if you transfer funds through IMPS then it will be credited within 10 minutes.
If it has been longer than this period and the funds are not yet credited to your Jainam Account, it means you have transferred the funds from an unregistered account. In that case, you need to give us the details as mentioned below.

A/C Number
Bank Name
IFSC CODE
Bank Branch
UTR transaction No.
Another thing that can happen is if we receive your bank details from the remitting bank. If you have transferred funds from your registered bank account & still funds are not credited to your trading account within the time mentioned above, you can contact our client ac support for further details.
