If the shares are Margin pledged, will it impact corporate actions on those shares?

Securities held in your Demat account will not be considered towards margins unless Margin Pledge is created. Since the stocks are available in your Demat account, you will impact all the corporate benefits announced, like dividends, buyback, etc.
