How can I raise the Ticket in DUCK Discount Broking ?

For any queries / requests, you can raise the ticket by login in to our back office platform Space.                                       

Click on the create ticket option

Select the category "Duck Discount Broking" and mention the query in the description.

Also, you can check the revert by going to the "My Ticket" option in the space. 

Once you create the ticket, it can take up to 24 to 48 working hours to revert.
